These Terms govern your use of the Power Legends Discord bot, the dashboard at
powerlegendsdiscord.org, and the Roblox account verification flow (together, "the
service"). By adding the bot to a server, using its commands, signing in to the dashboard, or
completing Roblox verification, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the
service.
Power Legends is a community-run project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc. or Roblox Corporation. All Roblox and Discord trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You must meet Discord's and Roblox's own minimum age requirements to use their platforms, and be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required where you live). By using the service you confirm you meet these requirements and that any account you connect is yours.
You may use the service for its intended purpose: community management, moderation, ticketing, statistics and Roblox account verification inside the Discord servers where it is installed.
You must not:
Verification uses Roblox's official OAuth 2.0 flow. We never ask for and never receive your Roblox
password. You authorize the connection on Roblox's own consent screen, and only the
openid profile scopes are requested — public profile details.
Verification is voluntary. You can revoke this application's access from your Roblox account settings at any time, and you can ask us to delete the stored link (see the Privacy Policy).
Roles granted after verification are controlled by each Discord server's staff, not by us. Losing a role, or a server's decision about verification, is between you and that server's staff.
If you add the bot to a server or hold dashboard access, you are responsible for how you configure and use it — including moderation actions taken through it, the data your members' use generates, and who on your staff team you grant access to. You agree to use it in a way that complies with applicable law and with Discord's rules, and to tell your members that a bot processes their data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided free of charge, on a best-effort basis. We may change, suspend, limit or discontinue any part of it — including individual features, servers' access, or the service as a whole — at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or that any feature will keep working.
We may restrict or terminate your access, or remove the bot from a server, at any time if these Terms are broken, if the service is being abused, or if continued operation would put the service or its users at risk. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot, signing out, or unlinking your Roblox account.
You keep ownership of anything you submit through the service (messages, ticket contents, configuration). You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content in order to operate the service's features. You are responsible for what you submit.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Statistics, leaderboards and squad data are informational and may be incomplete or wrong.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, access, in-game items, roles, or community standing arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Power Legends Discord server and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of consumer protections you are entitled to where you live. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
